A note for "skeptics": it is obvious that it couldn't have been forged by the Soviets, because the amount of hair is rather meager, and given the Soviet death toll for Majdanek, they would have put a much, much larger number in the document.
What does this prove? The marines shave the heads of recruits but this doesn't mean they kill them.
