Deniers Who Favour the Prosecution of Free Speech (Part 1)

The Inconvenient History blog prides itself on opposition to the prosecution of free speech. It is therefore odd that its articles on Zisblatt should be based on the research of Eric Hunt, who is bringing a libel case against Zisblatt and others. It is also notable that Hunt's complaint uses similar terminology to that which Inconvenient History blogger Paul Grubach uses here, where Grubach notes that laws could be used "to prosecute Jews for the pain they cause when they promote the Holocaust ideology".

Whereas Grubach merely alludes to the possibility of such a legal tactic, Hunt has put the thought into motion. He has also been applauded at CODOH for doing so. Friedrich Berg writes:
I have already sent him an e-mail informing him that I will testify at any trial in connection with his lawsuit, if he asks me.
So here we have a big name revisionist willing to go to court to support a libel case brought to curb Zisblatt's free speech.

Another hypocrite is Michael Santomauro, who writes:
I'm hoping the perpetrators, including possibly Professor Michael Mann, director of Pennsylvania State University's Earth System Science Centre and a regular contributor to the popular climate science blog Real Climate, and their facilitators will be tracked down and prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.
One wonders whether Santomauro would be willing to countenance the prosecution of historical revisionists for falsifying data.

My thanks to Nick Terry for the above info.
