Trawniki man Samuel K. (probably Samuel Kunz) about whom we informed in the posting "Samuel K. and Belzec" is likely be charged in Germany with participating in the murder of Jews in Belzec extermination camp.

The Spiegel report about the likely charge against Samuel K is confirmed by a report in the daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ). Additionally the FAZ report says that most probably also Ivan Kalymon has to face trial in Germany. The Zentralstelle in Ludwigsburg has handed the case to the public prosecutor in Munich. Kalymon currently lives in Troy, Michigan, USA. The US Office of Special Investigations (OSI) had managed to revoke his US citizenship in 2008.
