Judicial Notice
From wikipedia and this legal code, note:
Judicial notice and the burden of proof
FRE 201(f) establishes that the effect of the court taking judicial notice is different in civil and criminal trials. In a civil trial, the fact taken notice of is thereby conclusively proved. In a criminal case, the defendant has the right to contest every fact that might tend to incriminate him. Therefore, the court taking judicial notice would simply allow the jury to make the finding that the court took notice of, but would not require this outcome, and would not prevent the defense from presenting evidence to rebut the noticed fact.

Miasto Ruin (City of Ruins) - Warsaw 1945 video
Digital reconstruction of Warsaw. Video recreates the destruction of Warsaw during World War II. A simulation of five minutes helps to educate the new generation about the destruction of Warsaw, Poland, which occurred during World War II (1939-1945).
The video was produced by 40 experts, who took two years to finalize it. Using resources of the cinema in three dimensions (3D), it documents the shocking wreckage to wich Warsaw was reduced by Nazi Germany during the attempted extermination of Jews.
Producers have used historical images to create a simulation of a flight over the city in early 1945, which shows the collapse of bridges, houses burned without roofs, and the Warsaw Ghetto. Jan Oldakowski, the director of the Warsaw Uprising Museum, says that the video, subtitled in Polish, is intended primarily for young people, who doesn't realize the degree of destruction of the largest city in Poland between 1939 and 1945.

The End of the Kues Transnistria Gambit
This excellent thesis by Eric Conrad Steinhart details how Sonderkommando R (commanded by Hoffmeyer and consisting of local ethnic Germans) killed tens of thousands of Jews in Transnistria in 1942. There were 134,000 ethnic Germans living in Transnistria and it was believed that Jews deported from Odessa were a typhus threat to these Volksdeutsche. Documents uncovered by Steinhart include a complaint from Gk Nikolayev to Erich Koch stating that unburied Jewish bodies were a health risk. Thus we have proof that Transnistria would not be a resettlement zone for Jews.

The Ustasha and Vatican's Silence - Part 1
At the suggestion of Jonathan, follows below my translation of part of Chapter 5 on the Ustasha, from the book Non Authorized Biography of the Vatican. This text was originally translated into Portuguese here. The book was originally written in Spanish. Read the Part 2 and Part 3.
The Ustasha and Vatican's Silence - Part 1
The crimes of the Croatian Ustashis (NDH).
ANOTHER HOLOCAUST
THE VATICAN AND THE CROATIA'S GENOCIDE
Pavelic and the Catholic Archbishop of Zagreb, Aloysius Stepinac. (Photo)
The most people ignore that during the Second World War was produced another genocide, whose brutality topped with an increase that seen in the Nazi concentration camps. The murder of a half million Serbs in Croatia has passed to the annals of the most infamous crimes against humanity. The Catholic Church's role in this tragedy wasn't at all minor.

Mattogno Distorts Aly on Höppner
In his English translation of Chelmno [here], Mattogno tries to defuse Höppner's memos of 16.7.41 and 3.9.41. He systematically distorts Aly's summary of the memos, which appears in Endlösung [here]. Below I contrast Aly's account (from the English version of the book) with Mattogno's distortion.

Croatian Knowledge of the Holocaust
On December 16, 1941, Pavelic admitted to Ciano that the Croatian Jewish population had shrunk from 35,000 to 12,000. Ciano recorded, "Young Kvaternik explains this decrease with the word 'emigration', accompanied by a smile that does not leave any room for doubt." Thus we have proof that 'emigration' was known to be a euphemism for killing even among satellite states [Hilberg, Destruction, 2003, Vol 2, p.760]. On 17 July, 1942, Marcone wrote to Maglione, "The
German government has demanded the extradition of all Jews residing in
Croatia to Germany within six months, where, according to Kvaternik, two
million Jews have been killed in recent times. It seems that the same
fate awaits the Croatian Jews, especially the old and those unable to
work." The original Italian document is copied in Actes, Vol 8, pp. 601-602 which is on-line here. English translation is here; also cited in Hilberg, as above, p.762, and Morley, p.153.
